Each year I edited a programme highlight promo for the MOViE MOViE channel, using a different idea to showcase that year’s films.

For the 2019 edition, working with the theme “go beyond movies”, a voice-over from The Square was used as the backbone of the edit, then combined with shots from the year’s other films to build a flowing narrative. Museum-like opening and closing animations framed the reel, making the films appear as if they were being shown inside an art space, echoing the film’s focus on curation and the art world.

Across the years, each showreel had its own clear thread, with different concepts shaping a distinct story for the channel’s programming.
