A new key visual and promotional materials were designed for the re-release of Oldboy, the award-winning Korean film. The deliverables included the main poster, a series of alternative poster designs, and postcards.
The postcards used a double exposure effect to show the protagonist’s unstable state of mind and his complicated relationship with his daughter. This visual approach gave a bold, unsettling look that matched the psychological tension of the film.
