HKIFF 50th Anniversary Exhibition Interviews

Collaborating on the 50th anniversary of the Hong Kong International Film Festival, I was responsible for editing a series of 13 interview videos featuring filmmakers and collaborators closely connected to the festival. The full series runs approximately 60 minutes and was screened at Hong Kong City Hall during the festival period.

The interviews brought together renowned figures including Ann Hui, Mary Stephen, Stanley Kwan, and host Joanna Lee, each sharing their personal history with the festival. The challenge was to shape multiple interviews within a tight timeframe, while maintaining a coherent tone across the series.

It was especially meaningful to be part of this project, having long followed the festival myself, and to contribute to documenting its history through the voices of those who shaped it.
